The hotel is exceptional with a beautiful view and a warm, friendly service. The location is wonderful, right off bustling 5th Ave in Playa del Carmen. Dining was delicious, but could offer more variety. The facilities are top-notch, making for a perfect stay.

I couldn't check into my room until 4 or 5 pm, but when I finally did, it was a truly spectacular experience. The decor was top-notch, the room felt luxurious, and everything was impeccably clean and modern. However, the wait was a bit of a downside. Inside the room was truly beautiful.
